Buyer Responsibility and Compliance with Laws

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer and user to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when purchasing and using Rare Breed Trigger products. Assumption of Risk

Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release Rare Breed Trigger, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from your use, misuse, or handling of our products. This waiver includes any claims related to personal injury, death, or property damage, except those resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct by Rare Breed Trigger.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rare Breed Trigger from any claims, fines, penalties, or legal actions that may arise due to your use, transfer, or possession of our products.

Transfer of Product

If you sell, gift, loan, or otherwise transfer any Rare Breed Trigger product, you must ensure that the recipient is fully aware of and agrees to these terms. Failure to secure such agreement may hold you liable for any resulting claims or damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This waiver and release agreement shall be governed by the laws of the States of Texas and Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement or your use of Rare Breed Trigger products shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Travis County, Texas, or El Paso County, Colorado.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes related to our products or this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to this waiver, you waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

By purchasing, using, or retaining any Rare Breed Trigger product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
